Improvement 2014

its that time of year again
time to see the improvement ovo
I think Ive achieved quite a bit this year
the main focus being backgrounds and lighting

I spent most of the first half of the year working on my artbook
im glad I got to work on it
it pushed me to be a lot better
the later part of the year was spent on prints as well as the love live fanbook im now currently working on

so many different changes in style throughout the year
I strayed a little when trying out cell shading only to realise I really am suited to soft
but I learnt a lot from that process too

everything I did was to put myself out of my comfort zone
You cant improve without doing that otherwise youll just be drawing what you know you can already do
every mistake is something taught
so hopefully I as well as you can take this forward onto the next year >v<
